Hi, I’m Amanda! I’m one of those people who’s always on the move—climbing, biking, dancing, or finding a new trail to explore. I love being outdoors and I feel most myself when I’m breathing fresh air and pushing my limits.
Learning to slow down hasn’t come easy, but yoga therapy taught me that rest and awareness are just as powerful as motion. Now, as a student-practitioner on the path to becoming a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), I work with clients to bridge the gap between physical performance and inner peace. My approach helps athletes, active individuals, and people returning to movement to reduce anxiety, find balance, and build strength and longevity in both body and mind.
